Our Story
About us
FWIC was formed in 2003 to provide a real estate and securities investment vehicle for profits generated by its Managing Members' national civil engineering and construction company. Under this guidance, FWIC successfully invested in common stocks, bonds and commercial real estate projects for its Members and employees. Its Managing Members amusedly attribute this success to relatives who, in the early 1900's, routinely provided Wall Street security brokers with investment advice and recommendations using a crystal ball. Today FWIC manages millions of dollars in accounts to assist everyday people in building and sustaining wealth using discipline, diversity and personalized service.
